Executive Assistant to CEO and UK Director
Role and Responsibilities:
Exceptional administrative, organisational and informational support to Executive level management directly contributes to AVTEL’s mission to provide excellent customer service for all our clients.
We are seeking a committed and passionate Executive Assistant for our CEO and UK Director. You will focus your responsibilities to provide personalised and bespoke support to meet the needs of both executives. You have an ability to manage and comfortably adapt to changing demands and expectations yet maintain high levels of productivity and performance.

Expectations & Tasks
Manage and coordinate CEO and UK Director schedules and agendas to include travel and accommodation for Leadership Team.
Lead, plan and prepare for management meetings, coordinate logistics, manage sensitive and confidential data.
Collate prepare and publish management reports.
Manage, process and present executive level confidential information in support of business objectives.
Support creation of presentations and material for both internal and external audiences.
Craft and facilitate communications and announcements on behalf of Executive
Management of day to day expenses, receipts and records
CEO representative for leadership, employees, clients and other external partners.
Provide insight and recommendations to positively impact executive performance.
Identify improvements for the administrative function locally and worldwide
Skills, Culture and Experience:
Proven work experience of 05-10 years
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
Ability to build effective relationships across business areas, based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
Exceptional interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, focused and reliable
Excellent influencing, collaboration and delegation skills
Dependable exercising discretion and confidentiality
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, an ability to become proficient with company‘s specific software tools and technologies
Degree level preferred but not essential
Minimum A-C grades in English and Maths GCSEs

Sales Account Manager – Singapore
We are recruiting an experienced account manager based in Singapore. The candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the security integration industry and shall have recent experience of working with Lenel, Honeywell and Verint products. The role will extend beyond Singapore to other parts of South East Asia and will require some travel.
Regional Sales Manager – South East Asia
AVTEL is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead our team in South East Asia. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in sales management and shall have a strong working knowledge of the security integration business. The role will require some travel through the region in order to support our global customer base. Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager will be required to develop, manage and deliver team quotas and shall be experienced in presenting sales reports at a Board level.
